Successful applicant must be a self-starter with minimal supervision required. 

Great customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail. The suitable candidate will be able to manage budgets efficiently and effectively with experience or qualification in project management or business development. They will create leads, bid, scope, plan, supervise and manage home improvement projects from start to finish.  Previous experience of managing projects end-to-end, preferably in real estate or construction but other relevant industries will be considered with the right qualification(s). Degree holder with Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE 2 or any business related degree including sales or marketing will have a distinct advantage. Candidates without a degree, but good experience of property management will also be considered. Competitive salary + travel allowance.

Successful applicant must be a collaborator, highly organised, dynamic, and 

versatile with great customer service skills with previous office/facilities/hr management experience in real estate or other industries. Degree holder preferred in a relevant discipline. Membership of any relevant professional organisation recognised in the UK will be considered.

Successful applicants must be reliable and professional with at least 2 years experience and a proven track record of painting and decorating skills or NVQ Level 1/2/3 Diploma in Painting and Decorating. Previous experience of working as a self-employed tradesman or as part of a small team is highly desirable. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cardholders have a distinct advantage. Must be willing to travel within London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey and Kent. Competitive salary + travel allowance + flexible hours.

Successful applicants must be reliable and professional with at least 2 years experience and a proven track record of flooring and tiling skills. Previous experience of working as a self-employed tradesman or as part of a small team is highly desirable. Must be willing to travel within London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey and Kent. Competitive salary + travel allowance + flexible hours.

Successful applicants must be reliable and professional with at least 5 years experience and a proven track record of exceptional carpentry skills. Applicants with other combined skills such as plumbing and tiling will have a distinct advantage. Previous experience of working as a self-employed tradesman or as part of a small team is highly desirable. Must be willing to travel within London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey and Kent. Competitive salary + travel allowance + flexible hours.

Successful applicants must be reliable and professional with at least 2 years experience and a proven track record of exceptional plumbing skills and ability to diagnose faults quickly and offer solutions and recommendations. Applicants with other combined skills such as carpentry and tiling will have a distinct advantage. Previous experience of working as a self-employed tradesman or as part of a small team is highly desirable. Must be willing to travel within London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey and Kent. Successful applicants must be reliable and professional with at least 2 years experience and a proven track record of electrical installations and repair. Minimum of LCL L3 Certificate in Installing, Testing and Ensuring Compliance of Electrical Installations in Dwellings required. Previous experience of working as a self-employed tradesman or as part of a small team is highly desirable. Must be willing to travel within London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey and Kent. Successful applicants must be reliable and professional with at least 5 years building experience and a proven track record of working on small to medium-sized building projects such as extensions and loft conversions. Applicants with other combined skills such as plastering, roofing, plumbing and tiling will have a distinct advantage. Previous experience of working as a self-employed tradesman or as part of a small team is highly desirable. Must be willing to travel within London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey and Kent.
